Hit a plateau of training
I can do all exercises to the equivelent of my body weight, ie 75kg on bench, loads of wide arm pull-ups however, im finding hard to take training to a higher level.
im not a huge guy as you can guess but very toned and i have a bodyfat count of 5.
what can i do to bulk up further. i have upped my protein intake and use viper extreme to enable me to work out harder and for longer.
could it just be that my body is rejecting the idea of growing any further??
i have invested in a dipping belt and sometimes add weight to pullups and tricep dips but im showing no gains in weight....
any ideas would be very helpful.
