Hitting your goal?
Hey guys, I was just wondering once you have achieved you desired fitness level. What then?
I am almost at the point of mass where I want to be. I need to cut some body fat so I am concentrating more on the cardio side. That's not to say that I am neglecting weights. But with respect to weights do I continue to always push for more weight, switch to say a full body workout routine once a week, cut the protein intake in my diet down, etc.... I don't know?
I am currently on a 3 day spilt routine having had my strength and mass increase to the point where I want to be.
I think my question is what do you guys do for maintenance? I do not want to get any bigger nor do I want to loose what I have, and more importantly I do not want to gain body fat.
