Holiday Destination reccomendations.

My dad has just decided that he wants to go on holiday somewhere hot so he has asked each of my 4 family member to go away do some research and come up with a place to go.

Have been to spain several times used to live in the carribean, australia too far way and america is a tad bit boring so any thing other than those would be nice.

I personally would go to egypt and my family would love the place aswell but the bombings have put it out of reach.

I went to Kos last year (Greek Island) and i am going to Zante (Zakynthos) this year (also Greek Island.)

Very reasonably priced, nice friendly atmosphere and not to far away.

Have a Villa in Altinkum Turkey to be honest over the last few years more and more tourist from England have gone to Turkey as its outside the EU and quite a poor country peeps go there due to its low holiday costs - however this year more than most the prices have risen and some people have complained but to be honest if you want a freindly smile and kids to have a great time then Turkeys your place not to mention its Bl**y HOT !! there is something to cater for everyone on the varying agean resorts be it Marmaris Altinkum Bodrum Gumget Olu Deniz Side etc etc its still a very good value for money experience but alas I think in the next few years it will become what Spain once was an oportunity for greedy marketers ......

as for Cyprus fantastic place would vist over and over again but not the cheapest place around with the cypriot pound .... if I were to choose obv Id go for Turkey try this site www.holidaytruths.co.uk you will find forums for almost every european country and other world wide places - were you will gain invaluable advice

Thanks daffy. Just overheard my mum saying she doesnt want to fly. Used to fly all the time no problem seems like the world events are getting to her even though she goes into london everyday by tube and train. Im sure me and my dad will talk her round though.
