In my opinion no its not good.

Low amount of protein per serving, hard to mix, tastes nasty, overpriced.

There are loads of sponsors of muscletalk who are loads better, cheaper, and provide better products.

I use it and it tastes good. I use the banana one. 76.9 grams of protine per 100gs or something it is. Does the job for me tbh.

    Thankyouplease

In my opinion its not good either.

    Its just not worth it.

You'd save so much cash buying on line and get better stuff.

set up an account and only put in £50. Then use it to buy stuff over the net where it uses https.

H&B whey wasnt very nice and tastes worse than unflavoured.

It's not great stuff imho, but was on sale last month, so bought 2 tubs of the stuff for the price of one. Sooner i finish it the better. Have you not got any other vitamin/health shops around you? There is one in my area called Good Health and they sell a wider range of products, like the maximuscle promax stuff. Beware, it's expensive. Best off buying online.

It's aweful stuff to be honest, i had the strawberry stuff when it was on 'special offer', a little while back.

And i much prefer the unflavoured stuff i buy from All-In-1.

Have you guys looked at the ingredients of Body Fortress Whey? I was using it till i realised it has more cancer inducing ingredients than a rat burger from Chernobyl.

    Acesulfame K (seriously nasty stuff)
Aspartic Acid and Phenylalnine (Both the prime ingredients of Aspartame - and we all know about that)

Mines now in the bin, and im looking for a sweetner free Whey powder.

But on a much more limited basis? Aspartic Acid and Phenylalanine are the 2 main ingredients in Aspartame.
