Home made Strongman comp

Me and my four mates have been on about this for years now, and now it looks like where finally going to happen

Were going to have a Strongest Man contest of our very own.

I was wondering if you guys could come up with some events, we need some help?

So far we've got the farmers walk, not sure how long the distance or what weight where going to use yet.

The lift and snatch, using three barbells going up in weight.

Pulling a van.

Squatting, you've go to have squats in the comp. If you can't squat your not a strongman.

Flipping tyres.

Thats about it for now. Its going to be 50 notes a man.

You can make the equivalents of atlas stones by wrapping a bunch of sandbags up together is duck tape!

no not this time there are a couple of was that i can think of to get a atlas stone try to buy one those balls on top of the posts must come for some where but i have not found them yet. or make your own one way that i have been told but not tried is to make a box place a large ball (beach ball or space hopper) in the box pour plaster around the ball leaveing small hole at top when set remove ball through hole then pour concreate into space where ball was leave to set then smash plaster form around ball.
