Home made weight gainer without Protein Powder
I found a similar recipie over on BB.com.....
1/2 packet jelly (1 packet = 135g)
50g or so of Oats
Blend/shake and leave for a while in the fridge:
You can cut back on the jelly/add more to suit you and maybe add another protein souce (more Oats/PB etc)
I'm going to try this at some point.... what do you guys think?
