Homemade Quest Bars!!

Hi guys,

Thought I would share this easy recipe for homemade quest bars! They are really easy to make and taste just as good if not better than the expensive Quest bars.

Ingredients:

50g Vitafiber (available from muscle food http://www.musclefood.com...e-sweetener-700g.html)
1 scoop of whey protein (any flavour)
Grease proof paper

All you do is heat up the vitafiber in a microwave for 20-30 secs until it's bubbling then add your protein powder in and mix it up until it all sticks in a ball. It is quite sticky stuff so if needed add a little more protein powder so that you can pick it up. Place on the grease proof paper and shape into a bar. Wrap it up in the paper and place in the fridge for an hour or so. done!

The flavours you can make are endless as it depends what flavour protein you add as well as anything else you want to add to it. One of my favourite versions is vanilla protein, 1 tsp of natural peanut butter and some dark chocolate chips.

Get creative and add stuff like nuts, seeds, Oreos! Let me know what flavours you try!
