Re: Honestly, how bad is coming off cycle
As above. Here's what happened:
Had electrolyte test results back after not training or eating high protein 48 hours beforehand.
Glomerular filtration rate [GFR], which checks how well your kidneys are working, up two points from 53 to 55.
The range minimum is 60. Normal is considered 90. If the result is below 60 for three months or more it can be kidney disease.
Once again, the doctor tells me she is not worried at all and neither should I be. Cue worrying.
Had urine tested at last three visits. No protein etc etc in it - but always a trace of blood. I can't see this by the way, it is microscopic.
Doctor tells me they are duty bound to check it out and I have now been referred to the fecking hospital for a cystoscopy. Don't Google it, it'll give you nightmares.
Now, I am in two minds whether my 12-week testosterone cycle caused this. I took ostarine for four weeks during PCT too. Could be high protein diet. I drink four or so litres of water per day so don't think this is an issue.
Worth getting tested for everything blood wise if you're thinking about a cycle though, eh? I feel absolutely fine. Normal. Everything back to within normal ranges, test etc, except the kidney and creatinine.
I had considered starting 25mg ostarine today for four to six weeks as a bridge to another cycle; 750mg PW of testosterone enanthate for 8 to 10 weeks. Although taking ostarine would now clearly show up on further tests if there was a problem with this compound, I'm not sure any more PEDs are sensible again for me. In short, I just don't know. Could all still be nothing as blood numbers are moving the right way at least.
But I'm p****ed off with myself to think I am the cause of this.
