Honey

How healthy/unhealthy is honey?
Is it extremely high in sugar (albeit natural sugar), and how is the carbohydrate content?
I can't eat oats without it!

It is prodominantly fructose (fruit) sugar which can't be converted/stored/used as muscle glycogen, only liver glycogen, so if you are having it on your breakfast porridge (when liver glycogen is lower after waking), then not a problem.

Obviously your whole diet dictates it use.....
