Hope this is the right forum for this question

My wife has lost quite a bit of weight but as normal she has some fat around here stomach that she wants to get rid of

the only problem is that she has no and I mean no abdominal muscle strength she is unable to do sit ups in any shape or form - the last time she had a flat stomach she was underweight and she doesnt want to go to that extreme - so what can she do to improve the situation she is panacking a bit as there are only 2 weeks to go before out hols - even if she can just gain some strength then that would be a start

any help and suggestions welcome

    Not a great deal will happen in 2 weeks. She needs to start to work on building up the ab muscle. Of course she has some there. Start with negative sit ups. Sit up and she slowly lowers herself back to a lying position. Each time she does it to try and go slower up to her being able to remain in a semi lying position for a few seconds. Then go back to normal sit ups and work from there.

    She may also need to strengthen her back, so perhaps have her also doing some flat hyperextensions
