    Kovalev to stop him IMO.

Hopkins will do his holding and smothering but Kovalev will find him sooner or later.

TKO round 5 is my pick.

Either Hopkins fakes an injury or he wins on points.

I agree with the above but I reckon BH will be stopped inside six. I know he is gifted with genetics and skills but I don't care what anyone says at 50 you can't take a shot anywhere near like you used to and Kovalev is a monster.

I would be seriously shocked if Hopkins won this fight.

Hopkins has one of the best chins in boxing, he ate some serious bombs.

It's time to call it a day now he has nothing left to prove.

Agree mate.  He's got nothing to prove and that fight will have taken quite a bit of what he's got left.

TBH I think Kovalev would batter Froch if the two met at a catch weight.

Would not be surprised if Kovalev goes on to be a 'great'.

I don't see Froch going anywhere near Kovalev and tbh I wouldn't blame him. Ward moving up to 175 is more realistic imo.

I'd love to see Kovalev fight Beterbiev who beat him twice in the amateurs and knocked him out. That fight could be huge in a year's time.

No wat Froch would fight him absolutely no chance. He would get battered.

Kovalev will get all he tittles then step up and batter the cruisers to I am sure of it. Rematch with Cleverly/Bellew winner could be tasty.

BH is such a savvy fighter as well as getting hit he managed to some how do it in a way to absorb all of it. Have to stay he will retire now or weight for Kovalev to vacate then try again.

Froch v Kovalev won't happen neither will Ward - Kovalev.  He's not going to move up to Cruiser either because it's easily one of the worst divisions and no one outside of the UK (or Germany at a push) gives a **** about Bellew or Cleverley.  I'm from the UK and couldnt give a ****.

Best fight for him will be Beterbiev (who has beaten him in the amateurs twice) in a year or 2 once he's had more pro experience.  In the meantime let him clear out his division and allow the fans to put more pressure on Stevenson to fight him. I'd also be amazed if this happens as he didn't fancy the fight before signing with Al Haymon and there's even less chance of the fight taking place now that he's with him.

BHop has proven to be a true great. He got to the final bell so my hats off to him. I wish he now retires. There's nothing else to prove.

DM I reckon he will step up precisely for that reason its a ****ty division and he would clean up easily double unified champ, hell he could even move up to HW and use his size to his advantage like Haye did especially if/when Wlad goes lol.

I also reckon he would spank Stevenson and Ward as good as they are. He just reminds me of GGG doesn't look flashy technically brilliant but is clearly carved out of fcking stone and hits like a hammer.

GGG where does he go from now? Up to Super guess thats where all the big fights would be for him.

Why would he want to move up to Cruiser when it's ****e and there's no money in it?  He's already battered Cleverley at 175 who moved up a division to have an easier life.  Kovalev at HW is a joke and the fight between him and Hopkins put paid to the idea that he can't box.

Forget about Ward he's been inactive for a year now so out of the rankings and not worth talking about.  GGG should be allowed the opportunity to clear out his division, become the linear champ before moving up to 168.
