Hot and cold post workout
My gym has these hot and cold tubs in the shower/sauna room. The hot tub is 43C and the cold 17C. I got in the cold one tonight thinking it's only 5C below room temperature
. Man, it was fcuking cold. Anyway, my question is this. In what order should I use these to maximise recovery post-workout? I've heard the theory before but don't fully understand it.
Wipe the sand outta yer fanny and get in the f***ing squat rack!
