Hot protein drink

I know we got cold tasting ones but I got a warm one!

Basicly get a pint glass and some Rowntrees sugar free jelly (full of protein) and stick the whole lot in with boiling water and drink (props to Kinky Miss Pinky for making me aware of the jelly).

It helps cure my sore throat like lemon & honey aswell.

Might not be everybodies taste but it does me well now winters in, I like fruity hot drinks anyway.

Haha, I just thought you could even make protein vodka punch when you're getting pissed, another reason to drink loads.

Or vodka jellies, dont stop me I'm on a role... [:I]

Probably best had along with meals as the protein in rowntrees jelly is gelatin which is an incomplete protein. Like the vodka jelly idea.
