Hotmail Contacts lists?

Anyone know how to make a list of contacts you want to email that you can draw back on easily again? I email about 8 or 9 people about group bench workouts every week and it'd be nice if I could organize it all so I don't forget somebody haha

Any help?

You can use Categories in Hotmail, bit like a distribution list.

How to create a new category:

    1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID ( The user name and password that you use to sign in to any Windows Live, MSN, or Office Live sites and services. If you have a Passport Network, Hotmail, or Messenger account, you can use it as your Windows Live ID. ) .
    2. In the left pane, click Contact list.
    3. On the Action bar, on the Categories menu, click New category.
    4. Next to Name, enter a name for the new category.
    5. If you want to add contacts to the new category, next to Members, enter the contact name or e-mail address of the contacts that you want to add.
    6. Click Save.
