House sale

Hi guys,

Just a quick q for those in the know or have experience in this.

Basically I'm due 10% of the sale of my Grandads old house as per his wishes in his will.

There was an offer on the house today which has been accepted by my Auntie so just wondering how long it will all take to be completed?

Thanks.

lol there's no way to know the answer to that, with out knowing whether its a cash sale or whether there is an onward chain and if so how many!

Sold our bungalow last year  to a cash buyer, who wanted us out as quick as possible, and still took 14 wks.
