How Long?

[?]I have just started training, about 2 weeks now, and I pulled my right pec doing bench press last Thurs. Tried today but still painful. How long roughly before I can continue training?

    You'll want to leave it a good week. Try not to use that muscle at all.

    Ice the injured muscle daily for 5 mins and get plenty of rest. If it feels better in a weeks time then go again, if still a bit sore then leave another week. When you do use it again make sure you start light and work slowly back to your optimal weight so that it is well warmed up and there is plenty of blood flowing through it. Injuries are frustrating but you must learn patience young jedi
