How bad would it be?

hi alot of things have came into my life since i started training. i have sucessfully lost weight, but i find myself missing gym sessions more and more as i have too much other things to do, i am currrently on a 4 day split . i have no problem with AM cardio i still do it 6 days a week. its just the training. How depremental would it be if i left the resistance training out or just did 2 days a week i suppose something is better than nothing. would i loose much more muscle as it is not being used as frequently? How would i ajust my diet to suit? will i still cut up as effectivly?

There are many who work/gain very well off a 2 day split. Run a little search to help put together a good routine for yourself
