How bout this for a routine...

Ok how about this for a rountine...
Sets will be incresing weight, dropping reps.

MONDAY
Shoulder D/Bell Press 3sets
Lateral Rasies 3sets
Flat French Press 3sets
Tricep Pushdowns 3sets
Reverse Crunches 1set
Straight Leg Situps 1set

TUESDAY OFF

WEDNESDAY
Chest Press 3sets
Seated Bench 3sets
Flat Flys 3sets
Leg Extensions 3sets
Leg curls 3sets
Leg Press 3sets

THURSDAY OFF

FRIDAY
Lat Pulldowns (Frnt) 3sets
Seated Rows 3sets
T-bar Rows 3sets
Bicep Cable Curls 3sets
Incline D/Bell curls 3sets
Incline Hammer curls 3sets

SAT/SUN OFF

    im steering clear of anythin too stressful on my back for the moment as i have a bit of a niggle there, so ill drop the deadlifts for now.

    Squats im not too sure, should I add them ?

    yes do squats, deads done properly should help your back as well, just start off light
