    Here's a quick marinade

    EVOO
    Smoked paprika
    Cayenne Pepper
    Salt
    Garlic
    Onion
    Chillies
    Peppers

All blended to make a smooth paste, Cut little slits into the top of the fillet, about 1 cm apart spread the paste all over and into the slits, try and cover the whole breast's, marinate in the fridge for aslong as you can, over night would be ideal... Take the chicken breast out of fridge 10 minutes before cooking, 5 minutes before you turn your GF on, oil the grill slightly with kitchen roll when the green light turns on and spread the chicken breast across the grill, leave it until the top of the breast just starts to char and there you have it, a recreation of nandos chicken breast... The slits you have made with make it easy to cut into nice bite size slices. Toss over a salad, serve with spicy rice, sweet mash, corn on the cob etc

Alternatively, if you have a griddle pan, you could mark the chicken and then place the pan in the oven to cook the chicken through. Hope this helps... This is the closest I've come to the BBQ/Chargrilled taste you're referring to. Note that the top plate on the GF is hotter than the bottom and therefore will char the top quicker than the bottom, so if that's the taste you're after then I advise you to turn it for a minute or two at the end so the flipside can be charred.

Also note that I haven't suggested any certain amounts with the ingredients... Use your senses to know how much depending on what flavours you like the best. If you don't have a blender than remove the onion and pepper, and chop the garlic and chilli as fine as you can. Pour the EVOO in a bowl and add the ingredients and mix with a tea spoon for a minute until all the ingredients are combined :)

    Thats sounds tasty

I think its my george foreman grill its the standard one
if i cook the chicken to look it drys up and it still doesn't have that fresh char taste to it...

Is there a grill you can buy that char grills chicken?

you could griddle it, steak style. high heat to get the scorch marks on both sides and that sort of taste then medium heat for like 10 mins to cook the chicken through, another reason why nandos tastes different is because its cooked on the bone therefore not drying out the chicken atall and it still being moist

when im bulking i might get all my chicken breast on the bone....

DKS, you need to understand the taste you're after can only properly be achieved if you BBQ is with Charcoals, or if you have a proper Grill like at Nandos... The cloest you're gonna get is with a cast iron griddle pan, I wouldn't bother cooking it like stealth said as that would dry the chicken out, mark the chicken and then continue to slow cook on a lower heat gas mark 4 in the oven... It's gonna be difficult to get what you're after unless you know exactly what you're doing in the kitchen.

Also, to clarify, I must of done the chicken in that recipe in the GF over a 200 times now, and it never been dry. You're leaving it on too long.
