How do i get that body i want? YEARS of trying need expert Advice and help... My story
Ive been training on and off for about 5 years the last two years is where ive learnt the most...
my stats are
29 years old
bodytype was a true ectomorpth now not sure ecto/mesomorph?
I originally found it difficult to put on muscle and ate like a real fat man really bad foods... At 26years old i hit a point where i start putting on weight muscle and fat... This last year year i hit 188pounds and couldn't get any bigger with out adding more fat.
i felt good but had a big belly... About 22-23% bodyfat (using calipers) My shape is deformed alot of soft muscle, its not hard or dense... Used creatine alot 6weeks on 6weeks off... I maintained this weight for a year and after trying 5X5 and my routines i decided to strip the fat... and get into shape.
From 185pounds i now am 176pounds...
I'm still not happy with the shape of my body mainly chest calf neck and forearms
Ive lost muscle mass from these regions and some lost strength...
So how do i get the shape i want?
Im looking for a bodyweight of approx 182 pounds of muscle 10% Body fat..
I lose strength easily and muscle from certain regions
Ive had my diet checked and seems ok from what ive read. 6 meals 220
-240 protein 90
-120 carbs 50
-40g fat BOLD is non-training days...
I train 3 times week weights 2 h.i.i.t and now started 2 unfuels am cardio as fatloss is very slow...
ive tried to train heavy 4x6 reps to maintain strength...
How do i get to the body i want...
what level of body fat should i start from before i start bulking?
Ive done 7 weeks so far fat loss.. looking to do another 4-5weeks
If i lose muscle will i quickly regain it when i start mass gain?
Should i avoid creatine?
Should i stick to lean bulking?
If you train for years does is it harder to add muscle?
I'm looking to start a journal because i think im going to need a lot of help. I have a weird body...
Hope i can make some experience friends to advice me and help me devise a plan...
