It's not just about what you eat, but also about when you eat it.  Post up you daily diet.

But form those numbers i'd honestly lower the carbs and up the protein a bit.

    Here is the full day

    Breakfast shake
    Jif - Peanut Butter, 3 Tbsp. (32g)
Generic - Egg (Whole, Raw, Fresh), 1 Large Kroger -
Low Fat Milk 1%, 1 cup
Herbalife Healthy Meal Shake - Nutritional Shake Mix 1 Scoops of Protein Powder, 16 oz (Personally I would replace with a simple protein shake be it a whey, casein or blend, not a fan of those claimed healthy shakes as they tend to have a lot of sugar)
Quaker - Porridge Oats Made With Water, 45 g

    Lunch
John West - Tuna Chunks In Brine 80g Tin, 1 can
Whole Wheat Bread Brownberry - 1 Slice, 4 slice 30 grams
the Laughing Cow - Mini Babybel Light, 2 piece Tesco -
Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt, 150 g  (Eat something like Quark here instead, a lot of sugar in the low fat variations of yogurts again to make them taste better.)
    C Orange - Little Orange (1), 1 ea

    Dinner
    Centra Chicken Breast - Chicken Breast , 120 g
    Potato - Roasted,
3 medium Carrots - Baby, raw, 8 large
(This meal seems alright, but why not throw some greens in)

    Pre workout meal
    Cauldron Foods - Tofu, 100 g
Generic - Egg (Whole, Raw, Fresh), 2 Large

    Post wokout shake
    Jif - Peanut Butter, 3 Tbsp. (32g)
Generic - Egg (Whole, Raw, Fresh),
0.5 Large Kroger - Low Fat Milk 1%,
1 cup Herbalife Healthy Meal Shake - Nutritional Shake Mix 1 Scoops of Protein Powder,
20 oz Quaker - Porridge Oats Made With Water, 45 g
(PWO you want to keep your fats minimal, stick to carbs/protein.  In this case the herbalife healthy meal shake would be alright, but overall low in protein 9g per serving)

    Calories - 3400
    Carbs - 358g
    Protein - 225g

I've pointed a few things out that I would remove/replace.
I just want to ask, why are you using the herbalife shakes and not something such as whey protein?

    Hope this helps.
