How do u know when its time to adjust??

Right my diet is spot on tt did it for me but i dont wan bother him direct. As i know hes busy with his own prep and stuff. So i thought id open this to every1

Right currently dieting and lost a stone. Im happy with results so far and have had lots of positive comment off boys down the gym.

This week i havent lost any weight i know this aint a big issue as it only 1 week. But my question is when do u decide to do something about this?? People might say look in mirror i don think u urself can see that much of a diff as u see urself every day. So how do u know when its time to adjust???

My diet is spot on an i havent slipped in 8 week real stricted. I already do cardio 6 times a week an 5 weights.

Basically for any1 that been in this position how long did u just sit tight??? Cause im thinking if i leave it to long its just weeks wasted. And i really dont wan do more than another 6 weeks if i can help it. THANKS

    To be honest.

I dont think TT would class it as you bothering him.

    Far from it.

    Get in touch with him.

I also would think its not fair for TT to plan your diet and then other people to give out advice.
