How do you start your day?

Just wondering how do you set yourself up for the day?

I set myself up by the first thing I intake is drinking 2 raw eggs mixed with 1% fat strawberry milk together with BCAA caps.

Is this a joke? That sounds disgusting.

Why raw eggs? bcaa’s are a waste of money. Just meet your protein requirements and they are not required.

Body Weight - 83kg 
Bench - 145kg
Squat - 190kg
Clean & Jerk - 129kg
Snatch - 98kg

You realise eggs only give you about 50% protein when raw vs. cooked right?

Personally, I condone the use of BCAAs, but they are only useful during fasted training.  Totally pointless adding them to any food source (especially eggs), or even close to meals.
 
Training days are started with black coffee and BCAAs.
 
Non-training days are IF, so just water.

Usually porridge, boiled eggs with some fruits.

A shake with oats, protein and creatine on my drive to work.
 
Banana and a good coffee about an hour after.

At the minute a monster energy drink 25 grams of maeng da kratom , 7 egg whites 2 yolks and 30 grams of oats made into a pancake , lots of Sweetner and Walden maple syrup.

Body fat very low , no decent t5s about and even getting up for a piss is a big effort . Bcaa are not something I have ever rated or consider them a positive in any way , take them by all means but if your eating food of decent quality then personally I think your wasting money , even more so when you consider they have been made from the sweepings of the floor from a Chinese barber shop . I would put glutamine and eaa's in the same bracket . A blend of Efa's on the other hand have made a difference.

Usually eggs oats and coffee failing that (time) whey/oats shake and coffee. For the last few weeks ive been using whole fuel (similiar to huel, soz james) and ive been impressed tastes nice too.

Meditation followed by breakfast consisting of two slices of toast with peanut butter, banana, then a smoothie consisting of two scoops whey, two scoops oat, flaxseed, cod liver oil, coconut oil, large handful of kale, one carrot and some berries.
