Sounds good to me. Maybe you could add some healthy fats(flaxseed oil, nuts...)

good point, yeah thats easy, I have flaxseed at home so I can chuck some on my museli and I always have hazelnuts around (addicted to them) so I can snack on them.

what about fruit, you think I should try and get more fruit in ??

BTW this will all get varied, for example I will have 2eggs on 2 slice gran toast instead of museli. MRP will have fresh fruit in it weekends when I have access to a blender. The cottage cheese last thing may be whey with oil etc etc

BTW MRP is for at work and I will only have dry powder, carton of soya milk and a shaker so pennut butter here may not be possible but I could certainly and some into my bedtime meal ???

Yeah I could try and add in 200ml of orange juice at breakfast, maybe reduce the museli portion by half otherwise I am never gonna get that amount of food down me without chucking.

I am currently bulking as well and the timing of my meals is exactly the same as yours and I also train and have the mrp's at the same time as you. Has this worked well for you in the past?

add as much fruit as you can IMO......for its many benefits as well as taste....a bulk is one of th efew times when you can enjoy such things without overly worrying about the cal content...

Diet looks ok to me....when I bulk Im looking forward to snacking on things I have to be careful of normally...fruit and nuts especially..Im a big fan of lots of fruit and veg so if you can get it down you ...do it!!!

If you dont add enough cals to put weight on...add peanut butter to things...I love it..can eat lots of it...and its very calorie laden as well as being a source of fats

If you really want you can add cheesecakes too

    Good luck mate

Looks fine IMHO. The only thing I'd say is maybe more veg or some salad in the sarnies.
