How does this sound II
Moved from the beginner section as advised by a few people. So far the few posts ive had were pretty negative. I will copy paste the post.
Please could people critique my diet/routine and advise whether this is a reasonable diet to bulk fairly cleanly.
7.45 - Pint of Oats and Milk, 2 Raw eggs, cod liver oil supplement and multivitamin
10.30 - banana
1.15 - Large sandwich, usually Ham and chicken or similar.
3.30 - Banana/apple
5.45 - Pint Tuna, Oats and Milk
7.30 - evening meal, usualy meat and 2 veg type thing (pork, chicken etc)
10.30 - half pint - pint milk
This is by no means the same everday but gives you a rough idea what I would have.
I cycle most weekdays, approx 10-15 miles per day in total. I train using Frankie's 2 day split routine, usually every 2-3 days depending on how I feel.
Am I likely to make any progress on this? Im not looking to get particulalrly big, just to put on a a few kilos of muscle cleanly over the next few months.
Im guessing most people wont be overly keen on this given the repsonses I got previosuly but could people suggest any possible improvements?
