How does this sound II

Moved from the beginner section as advised by a few people. So far the few posts ive had were pretty negative. I will copy paste the post.

Please could people critique my diet/routine and advise whether this is a reasonable diet to bulk fairly cleanly.

7.45 - Pint of Oats and Milk, 2 Raw eggs, cod liver oil supplement and multivitamin

10.30 - banana

1.15 - Large sandwich, usually Ham and chicken or similar.

3.30 - Banana/apple

5.45 - Pint Tuna, Oats and Milk

7.30 - evening meal, usualy meat and 2 veg type thing (pork, chicken etc)

10.30 - half pint - pint milk

This is by no means the same everday but gives you a rough idea what I would have.

I cycle most weekdays, approx 10-15 miles per day in total. I train using Frankie's 2 day split routine, usually every 2-3 days depending on how I feel.

Am I likely to make any progress on this? Im not looking to get particulalrly big, just to put on a a few kilos of muscle cleanly over the next few months.

Im guessing most people wont be overly keen on this given the repsonses I got previosuly but could people suggest any possible improvements?

    Also as per previous commenst, my current wieght is 75kg at around 5'11''.

    no idea without some form of portion size

    it could be 1000 calories or 5000

    which of course determines weight gain or loss

    Why not follow one of the bulking meal plans in the article section? That's what they're there for!

    As above, Portion sizes would give a better indication,

    But tbh, its a crappy diet, have a look in the articles and get together a better diet,

    we can have a look once your done..

    10.30 - banana (NOT A MEAL- SWAP 4 SOME WHOLEMEAL PASTA/RICE WITH VEG AND LEAN PROTEIN LIKE TURKEY)

    1.15 - Large sandwich, usually Ham and chicken or similar. (MAKE SURE THE BREAD IS OF A GOOD QULAITY, GRANARY FOR EXAMPLE AND ADD SOME SALAD/VEG

    3.30 - Banana/apple (SAME AS 10:30 MEAL)

    5.45 - Pint Tuna, Oats and Milk (PINT OF TUNA? DUNNO HOW MUCH THAT IS AGAIN - AIM FOR ABOUT 130-150G'S AND ADD VEG)

    7.30 - evening meal, usualy meat and 2 veg type thing (pork, chicken etc)

    10.30 - half pint - pint milk (CHANGE TO COTTAGE CHEESE/QUARK WITH SOME EFA'S)

    **WHEN DO U TRAIN AS WELL AS I CAN'T SEE ANY PWO OR PPWO STATED - CAL WISE U NEED A LOT TO BULK WITH CYCLING EVERYDAY AND WEIGHT TRAINING 3 TIMES A WEEK BUT CAN'T GIVE ACCURATE FIGURE MYSELF - TRIAL AND ERROR I GUESS)
