How good is Proviron as an anti-estrogen?

    its good to use throughout the cycle from the start. stops the gyno that way. not to be used if gyno appears, nolva etc is better for stopping gyno if it occurs (i.e. if you are prone to gyno or you are on high doses you can still get gyno with the prov). i use prov from day one and luckily ive never had gyno symptoms. Always have nolva on hand in case and do tend to run it when im using meds what increase my e levels (hcg etc).

    it certainly helps, but its not guaranteed to prevent estrogen sides.

    A good AI would give much more guaranteed results

    Technically Proviron could be called a steroidal AI, aromatise inhibitor. But I know what you mean, I just wanna know how good the old standard of 50mg proviron and 20mg nolva really is. Since its a hell of a lot cheaper than using Arimidex or Femera.
