Don't usually get sore after a while!
but anyway hamstrings/quads/calves can be sore for 5 days quite easily after certain leg sessions
2-3 days for less severe DOMs such as chest/front delts/traps

Do you think taking say 2 super high strengh muti's might help, as well as a good diet of course?

did my legs, next day my cousin moaned at me cus i told her i cant lift her little tv up the stairs as my legs hurt.
usually 2 days they stay sore for.

last year when i was consistantly training, the soreness the next day wasnt anything to moan about.
although CEE completley stops the soreness

Legs can take five full days sometimes, other muscles 2-3 days usually.

Around 3-4 days, provided decent amount of rest and good nutrition.

Two weeks is the most I've been sore after a workout. I caught my finger under a barbell.

Don't really suffer no matter how hard I train, I only get DOMS if I have had a break or been on holiday. I did my pulling routine last night, even working to failure on deadlift, and feel I could do it all over again this morning

Am doing GVT at the moment, did my first week last week and i was aching on all body parts for 5 days plus, man its a killer. When I do the usual work out i don't really ache, only when i switch it up a little. Just because the body need to adapt to new movements, reps and rest times.

I don't get sore at all unless I do something I haven't done for a while.
