How low is low on a carb re-feed??

I was just wondering how low you keep protein and fat when carbing up?

Do you directly not put any protein or fat in, and only have carbs?

Any input would be great...

Thanks

i have medium protein, generally lower it to 1,25g per LBM and the rest comes from pure carb sources, pasta contains protein too so if you wanna go nuts on that then go for it

Lower the protein in favour of carbs.

Drop fats off too for the day.

Your food will of course contain some fat in it.

Spread your carbs out over all meals during the day, if your diet during the week is low enough in carbs to need a refeed.
