How many calories/protien/carbs

Im 5ft 10 and just under ten stone.

I want to bulk.

I was just wondering how many calories I should be taking in and also how much protien and carbs.

Thanks,
Mat

start with 2500kcals per day and around 140g protein

dont worry too much about carbs, just include a good carb source in every meal

try it for a couple of weeks.. if you dont gain weight, you need to increase the food

I have drew up a diet plan and it totals to 325g protien, 4160 Calories and 610 carbs.

I will be training inteslely and also be taking a 12 week course of; 500mg sustanon EW, 375mg Deca EW, 30mg Dianabol ED for the 1st 4 weeks.

Sounds like way too much food for someone your size. Prepare to put on fat

I thought it might be too much food. I can never put on weight though, What would you suggest? Been training for about 2 years but after last cycle had an injury and my size went back to normal.

google 'harris benedict formula' for a very rough guide to maintenance cals. then go 300-500 cals more than this to bulk.

....and cut the gear out. Train hard and train heavy, everyone can gain like that.

I have to agree with Hamilton, second cycle at 10 stone and under 6 foot, you need to go back to the drawing board as you do not even know the basics yet.

Definitely agree you could make big natural gains, no need for gear yet.

325 is an unnecessary amount of protein, consume maximum 280, plenty of good fats and carbs to take you 500cal over maintenance
