How many days a week?

I've been training for years and have done a couple of cycles. I have picked the training back up after a year long break. I really only have time to train 2 days a week due to work schedule and I'm itching to do a cycle. What is your opinion on a Dbol/Test cycle with only training two days a week? Waste or time or could I get good results? Thank you in advance for any help.

Like beast said it could be a waste. BUT

if you do a full body workout2x per week and slam you body... U could make good gains. But you would need to have a perfect diet and training must be very intense.... then again if your on gear this is obvious.

IMO you should aim for 3 days atleast. Whats your routine going to look like?

I'm only partially in agreement with the above - yes, 3 or 4 times (I train hard 3 times per week on or off) would be better but you will still get good gains off twice per week if you do it right. Every third or fourth day you need to do something like 4 x 10 squats pyramiding weight, 10, 8, 6, 4 flat bench, 3 hard sets of calves, 2 or 3 sets to maximum of chins, 3 sets of heavy overhead dumbell press, and 3 sets of heavy dumbell or bar curls. Ignore the temptation to do a lot of fiddly little things - keep it basic, heavy and brutal. Plenty of extra protein, attention to quality rest - I reckon you won't be disappointed by 10 weeks or so on this regime.

I would keep it basic, squat, deadlift, and bench as the foundation of the training. I could probably fit 3 training sessions in a week if it would get me better gains(no reason to use the gear without getting the most out of it). I have an endomorph bodytype(heavier), what would be the protein amount you would recommend? I currently weight 258lbs., but will slim down to 235 lbs. before the cycle. I'm of the opinion that its much harder to build muscle in a fat body. How long are your training sessions well "on", time and sets wise?

Should have put this in my last reply sorry......at 235lbs. what is your opinion about 30mg d-bol with 750mg of Sust. test per week? Do you think I would get more out of it to jump up to the 1 Gram mark on the test? I was thinking 30mg for the first 4 weeks and 750mg for weeks 1-10. Thank you again for any input.

I think anything over 500mg a week is a little to much unless you have done a large amount of cycles and aren't seeing the results from 500 anymore. I agree with some from above you should try to squeeze in one more workout per week.. A question I have for you, and I am not attacking you its more of a retorical question: if you can't get to the gym at least three times a week how dedicated are you really? and is gear for you at this point? I have no idea what your lifestyle is but if you are going to cycle I think it should be one of your main priorities!!!

at 235lbs which I am about right now I would get at least 1 gram of protein in per pound and shoot for 2 if at all possible.

I work out 6 days a week on cycle and three off, I am considered to have a large frame and I gain very, very well on cycle. The one thing I have noticed though is that if I have a little extra body fat on me going into a cycle I tend to gain strength faster then if I have very little fat. So it depends on what you want, I am in it for the overall picture to look great and be strong so I tend to try and keep my bf% as low as I can.

750 is too much for an amature!

    A better cycle would be

    week 1-4 dbol@30mg ed
    week 1-10 sust @500mg ew
    week 1-8 deca@400mg ew

If you cant get the deca then just use the sust for 10 weeks at 500 ew. Save your other vials for another cycle. Just my opinion.
