It is alot easier to eat more if you eat smaller meals more regularly I'd say you want to be trying to eat atleast 6-7 meals a day.
For me I eat at 7am,10:15am.12:30.4pm. 6:30 & between 8-9pm. In this amount I'm.probably eating around 3500-4000kcal. Maybe weigh yourself, try 4000, if you don't see a change within 2 weeks, up it 500kcal
