How many set per body part?

How many sets do you believe is ideal for each body part?

Sometimes I feel like I do to many.. and maybe less is in fact more..

    Depends how many reps you are doing in each set??

    I aim for around 10 sets per bodypart, and my reps can be anywhere from 1 to 10.

    But bear in mind this is simply what I do. Doing more or less is neither right nor wrong.

    there is not a set number.

    to many variables for this to be answered.

    Volume is a part of frequency+volume+intensity= work out. if you increase one of those variables you normally decrease another one.

    however you aslo get people do peroidastion so they up the volume & intensity then back off at certain stages etc.

    I like doin 12 sets for big muscle groups, for bi's n tr's between 2-3 sets on each, traps 3-4 sets, abs 3-4 sets. Rep range is usely anywhere between 5-12 for me.
