How many times should I do it

I have been trinign now for about 18 months, and I have stadily got bigger. I have found that now my body has got used to the tring, my recovery times are quicker, if not none at all (when I say recovery I mean the time that I feel ready to do the same again).

Should I be trianing more often, at the moment I work each body part once a week, should I cut this down?

I have tried to chaged my routines, but I still feel as if my recovery is quite quick.

    You could try an upper/lower split, training each bodypart twice a week, eg

    Mon
    Mil Press
    WG Chins
    Dips
    Curls

    Tues
    Deadlift
    Front Squat
    Calf Raise


    Thur
    Bench
    Row
    CG Chins
    Skulls

    Fri
    Squat
    GM or GHR
    Calf Raise


    Wipe the sand outta yer fanny and get in the f***ing squat rack!

    I do a 4 day split, giving one week in between hitting the same muscle again VCH

    Up the tempo if you feel you can

    Monday, Back, Chest and Bis
    Tuesday Shoulders, Legs and Tris

    Wednesday off

    Thursday repeat Monday
    Firday repeat Tuesday


    or do what I prefer and do a Fullbody workout Mon, Wed and Fri

    Thnaks for the advice, I have started monday, chest, bi`s and Abs, Tuesday off, Wenesday Tri`s, Rows, and shoulders, thursday off, the Friday same as monday, etc......
