How much Creatine ?

Morning all !
I have heard, in the gym, that you should adjust your Creatine intake, by how much you weigh. Is this true, and if it is, does anyone know how much I should take? (Used to weigh 18 stone, down to 14, so that is about 89 kilos, if my maths is correct).

    tha dose is the same for everyone generally. the dose you take depends on the type of creatine used

    if you use creatine monohydrate you generally take 5gms-10gms per day

    if you use creatine-ethyl-ester (CEE) you only need 2-3gms max per day

    CEE is the most effective creatine out at the min so imo use that one

    i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

    main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

    no need to cycle you can take it continuously

    5g prewo - 5g pwo on traning days

    5g morning - 5g night on non traning days

    i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

    main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

    so your saying take 10g per day?!

    sorry man but thats just not necassary, at least half of that will be flushed away. after loading you only need 3-5g per day. i recall reading many links on it here.

    it also makes no difference what time you take it, it is all stored in the muscles so taking it pre or post WO makes no difference, take it when you want for convienience.
