RE: How much Whey with water ?
The amount of water is entirely up to you, depends on whether you like it watery or not so watery. As a rough guide I'll add 200-300ml of water to 20-30g of powder. Just play about with it until you find what suits your taste best. I do find if I am abit thirsty then I add more water, if my stomach is full then I put less water to avoid bloating myself out.
