How much alcohol can you dirnk and still gain muscle

I like to have maybe 1 can of magners or 2-3 beers at the weekend mayeb only fri or sat maybe both fri/sat
 
I may do same on Wedneday but very rarely.
 
So at minimum I have 1 day 2 beers
 
At most 3 days 2-3 beers

    Ok, I drink once every 3 months and have about 8 vodka and orange juices

    So long as the rest of your diet is ok, you dont eat crap when you get boozed munches, and you trianing isnt suffereing, in the big picture it wont do THAT much.

    Cool due to acne I eat clean as.
     
    eggs
    chicken
    tuna
    cream
    wehy
    olive oil
    butter
    penaut butter
    fruit
    vege
    beef
    turkey
    coconut
    etc..
     
     
    I will ocasainlay once a week or forntight treat myself to a pizza or soemthing.
     
    TBH i do this diet not for mucle but for my acne but it is good for msucle also..
     
    If drunk sometiems I eat crap or not eat at all but I never get real drunk

    With your username mate I can't tell if you're a bloke or a girl, so I'll ramble on about both
     
    As a bloke I could gain very well (even naturally) whilst getting ratarsed 2 days per week. If it creeps over that mark to 3 days then expect far less gains. 4 days drink/drug abuse and you won't gain, unless you have freak genes or the best PEDs in town
     
    If you're a woman then reduce all those days by one (or the amounts). Women have far less alcohol dehydrogenase so will suffer the effects more

    With your username mate I can't tell if you're a bloke or a girl, so I'll ramble on about both

    thats fine by me I never get retarded drunk but I find drinking 2 days per week or fri/sat plus one day mid week is more than I need.
     
    Depedns on how social I am being I guess.
     
    If I dont go out never need ridnk or just 2 o3  in the house...If I fo out maybe I offered drinks etc.

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    I disagree once again PAGAN :-)
     
    When I used to drink weekly I gained extremely slowly when on PED's and even stagnated when I hit 'decent' measurements eg arms 16". However 18 months after not drinking I'm gaining like a newbie and growing at a rapid rate.
     
    Well aware everyone is different though.

    My point was that Drab stated you wont gain at 4+ sessions per week. I know people who can / do. I'm not for one secon d suggetsing that gains wont be much better drinking less:)
     
    Also maybe I'm misreading drabs post as this would be the first time I've ever not totally agreed with something he has stated ....although I cant rememebr who he actually stated was the fittest women in his epic thread...

    Do you not need a number 2 when you drink lots of orange juice? Tried orange juice with my vodka a few months back, after 4/5 I was running across the road to an empty bar for a number 2 lol, back to diet coke and jack for me.

    well im talking 2-3 cans lol I guess that is nothing.
     
    when I drink I dont drink musch at all,.
     
    But Im an extreme ecto and its hard to gain without alcohol so I doubt it helps my case

    As an ecto who iirc stated in another thread that eating is hard then I'd even argue that the cals from your drinking could be beneficial at that level of alcohol intake.

    yor prob right I need calories. and its carbs right....as long as not too many to mess up my hormones

    I do agree but at a certain level cals is cals. I'd deffo sooner see those cals come from elsewhere but is for one reason or another a few drinks a week find their way into someones diet then we shouldn't pretend that progress cant be made.
     
    I very much doubt we will ever see an alcoholic Mr Olympia.
     
    Oldy enough and for the record on the strength side of things drinking seems to hinder things much less. One of the strongest lads I know (who is arguably the strongest man his weight in the world)  drinks far more than what would be described as 'moderate amounts'

    Mike Tyson at time had alcohol and drug problems
     
    however I think they are gentically msucluar anyway.

    Anyone we know/know of PAGAN?
    All I know is that I'm a big fat endo and the once I got genuinely lean I didn't drink for 3 months when I normally love a good drink...
     
    I am a big believer the bigger problem with booze is actually the lowered inhibitions. It doesn't just cause you to shag fat birds and scrap outside kebab shops, it makes me eat kebabs that night and crave dominos the next day.
