How much does alcohol affect gains?

If it did not affect your training or diet.  Still eating and training as much as ever, cardio daily.  The only thing is drinking say 6 units every night.

Will this have any affect on gains/fitness?

Imo no. It may make it harder to stay lean though if you don't factor in the increased calorie consumption.

    Bench - 145kg
    Squat - 190kg
    Clean & Jerk - 129kg

As above the only problem that I can see is fat gain.
If your bulking then I certainly wouldn't worry about it.
I consume a moderate amount of alcohol whatever training I`m doing.

Find out and see but I'd guarantee you'll make better progress without consistently drinking alcohol, it's probably the reason many top athletes avoid it altogether.

Increased oestrogen, decreased test many studies have linked, and I for one sleep sh*te with alcohol in me so recovery would be all the more difficult for sure.

Not to mention the extra useless calories, however saying that 1-2 glasses of red wine is meant to be of good health benefits, but then I don't drink wine if I do have a drink lol.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

A scoop of vanilla whey in a pint of Guinness is lovely!

Guinness is actually very good for you

"A pint of the black stuff a day may work as well as a low dose aspirin to prevent heart clots that raise the risk of heart attacks.
Drinking lager does not yield the same benefits, experts from University of Wisconsin told a conference in the US.
The Wisconsin team tested the health-giving properties of stout against lager by giving it to dogs who had narrowed arteries similar to those in heart disease.
They found that those given the Guinness had reduced clotting activity in their blood, but not those given lager.
Clotting is important for patients who are at risk of a heart attack because they have hardened arteries.
A heart attack is triggered when a clot lodges in one of these arteries supplying the heart.
Many patients are prescribed low-dose aspirin as this cuts the ability of the blood to form these dangerous clots.
The researchers told a meeting of the American Heart Association in Orlando, Florida, that the most benefit they saw was from 24 fluid ounces of Guinness - just over a pint - taken at mealtimes.

We already know that most of the clotting effects are due to the alcohol itself, rather than any other ingredients
    Spokesman, Brewing Research International
They believe that "antioxidant compounds" in the Guinness, similar to those found in certain fruits and vegetables, are responsible for the health benefits because they slow down the deposit of harmful cholesterol on the artery walls"

Drinking anything kills my drive the next day. I lose motivation. And then I see my abs start to disappear and it depresses me making me eat Nutella by the tub.

I think the key word here is "moderation"

If it affected my training then I would stop.
