I did something similar last week, ate like a moron and thought I'd thrown all my hard work out of the window.

I was wrong. A full week of training later and a stricter diet and I'm slightly better than when I started, so despite the fact that it was really quite a slow two weeks progress, I'm now back on track and feel awesome for it. Bin the chinese idea, do some form of exercise before you sleep, watch a film and just relax. Wake tomorrow with fresh motivation and put in a weeks hard work, you won't regret it!

The feeling of frustration isn't going to go away if you eat more Chinese food, in fact, it will merely grow stronger. It might be harder to suck it up and admit you made a mistake but pulling your finger out and fixing it will pay dividends, trust me.

    Good luck, pal.

I had been on quite a strict diet losing weight for a dummy run, to see how low I can get for boxing.
I had been doing this for about 4-5 weeks and was pretty low body fat. I was away to Manchester for the UEFA cup final on Wednesday and all day I ate a bowl of museli, 2 rolls n sauasage and fried egg, a pizza, two burgers and a hot do, as well as about 30 cans of lager.
The next day I hardly ate apart from a curry, I ate a lot of carbs on the friday, and today I was ok, but ate 3 roast potatoes that were lying left over from a family dinner.

I feel crap now, as if I have just let my 4-5 weeks dieting go to waste, and I am considering just getting a chinese tonight now and stuffing going for a run as I am p1ssed off.
If I did that how far do you think I will have set myself back? when I drink or take gear it knocks me off schedule for a day or two, this time it has been 3-4 days, so I will need to stay sober for the next few months, its just hard to motivate myself when its a dummy run I am losing weight for, if I had a fight coming up it would be no bother.

You eat a cheat meal, big deal.
Now get back on track and progress forward,
    Bolded would be silly.

    Onwards and upwards, lets rock!
