RE: How much fat and genuine weight can you put on in a week?
I did something similar last week, ate like a moron and thought I'd thrown all my hard work out of the window.
I was wrong. A full week of training later and a stricter diet and I'm slightly better than when I started, so despite the fact that it was really quite a slow two weeks progress, I'm now back on track and feel awesome for it. Bin the chinese idea, do some form of exercise before you sleep, watch a film and just relax. Wake tomorrow with fresh motivation and put in a weeks hard work, you won't regret it!
The feeling of frustration isn't going to go away if you eat more Chinese food, in fact, it will merely grow stronger. It might be harder to suck it up and admit you made a mistake but pulling your finger out and fixing it will pay dividends, trust me.
Good luck, pal.
