How much for me??
I am preparing a diet to cut back fat and keep as much muscle as poss. I don't intend to do a pre-contest cut as i don't plan to compete for 15 months. Im female, currently weigh 69kg and need to drop around 10kg, maintain it then possibly drop more nearer comp time. Last ideal weight was 55kg abs came through...slightly 2 1/2yrs ago.
Im aware (ish) of they food types i should be eating but not sure how much. It's likely that im over consuming so i plan to adress this by weighing out carbs, protien and monitoring fat intake...only for a while as i don't want to live by numbers...i want to live!
Im going to keep my training the same (which includes some cardio) and see what i can achieve through correcting diet myself as i cannot afford a nutrionist right now.
I will be checking out various web-site to obtain this information but i thought i'd ask most trusted MT aswell!

it depends on other factors as well ike lifestyle, job, hobbies etc. If youve done bulking before just drop the carbs and increase the good fats and protein and drop back 400-500 cals and adjust from there. Cant be any more clearer than this, sorry if its as clear as mud
