Bro forget whey find yourself a good mrp and try to learn and keep your mind open to everything about eating. A bagel with a good helping of salad and chicken will give you 60g of carbs, 40g of protein and 4g ish of fat. Thats not hard to eat is it? If you get what iam saying its look for dense, good easy to eat food like nuts which will add the extra carbs for the minimal about of eating.
