How much of your diet is liquid.

Seen a program the other month with some bald guy in a white suit mixing Huel :) @James

They asked a few people. One dude had a completely liquid diet as he said it gives him time to do more things. Must be a slow eater. I enjoy my food but am on the move a bit and current circumstances mean that a powder like Huel or similar could stop me missing meals. Starting a diet from tomorrow. Joined slimming world last week cos my partner is a consultant and calories and carbs are never mentioned there. So going for interest mainly and will shift some weight as well as I have gone over 20 stone again.

Only problem is they don't fill you up in you stomach is rumbling. If you could get a MRP that was really thich is would be a great thing. Yes you could add extra scoops but then the calories or syns as I now must live by will go through the roof.

In the hot weather sometimes I just cant be arsed eating much and miss breakfast most days so an MRP would be good then and maybe another later with 2 'proper' meals

Does anyone use a lot of MRPs, or has anyone changed their diet over time due to the advancement of them?

I have a scoop of whey in water PWO, but that's the only shake.

But, I do have a smoothie/ice cream which is technically liquid (as it's mostly ice).

If you want to make your shake feel more like a meal, add a little xanthan gum, blend it and eat it with a spoon.  Careful though, as you only need a little and overdoing it can upset your stomach.  I usually add ice to turn it into ice cream.

There are many benefits you can get from using liquid diet recipes. One advantage is losing a reasonable amount of body weight. My daily liquid intake for about 3,5litres of water. So..

I usually drink for about ~3l during a normal day and ~4l when I go to a gym.
