I have a scoop of whey in water PWO, but that's the only shake.
But, I do have a smoothie/ice cream which is technically liquid (as it's mostly ice).
If you want to make your shake feel more like a meal, add a little xanthan gum, blend it and eat it with a spoon. Careful though, as you only need a little and overdoing it can upset your stomach. I usually add ice to turn it into ice cream.
