How not to lift!

For anyone who hasn't yet had the ambiguous pleasure of witnessing the lifting of "Diesel Weasel", take a look at this link to fortifiediron:

http://www.fortifiediron.net/invision/index.php?showtopic=25274

There are another couple of threads of his lifting in the Multimedia section. He now seems to have been ridiculed all over the internet, owing to his persistence in posting up endless videos of his appallingly bad lifting, and then arrogantly refusing to listen to any of the advice that comes his way. I've seen some bad lifting, but until I saw this guy, I had no idea how badly it was possible to lift. I mean, how do you cheat on dips? Find out....

Indeed- his arrogance is astonishing. I also find it funny that the only place he gets praise is from the morons on www.bodybuilding.com.

I just love the "I'm dead hard, me" look he gives at the end of the zercher deadlift, classic! LMFAO!

Surprised he hasn't put himself in a wheelchair yet. Unbelievable. His skeleton must be made of the same stuff those unbreakable glasses are.

    His dips are hilarious!

I seen a guy in the gym who was even worse than that last week.

Was swaggering about with a sleevless top on as if he was solid, arms way out from his side, thinking he was the man.

He strapped 20kg disc on his dip belt and pushed his self up on the dip station, then proceeded just to drop his shoulders, neck and head as if he was dipping, if his arms bent to dip they done so by about 2 inches and I AINT EXAGGARATNG, ITS WAS LAUGHABLE. Could not believe what I was watching.
