How often should i work out

Hi Guys
I have been given this routine for building up my shoulder/back and arms but im just wondering how often i should do it?
Day 1
military press
bicep curls

barbell rows
dumbell press
front squats
tricep extensions
I dont have a bench just dumbells, barbell and a pull up bar...
Im assuming day 1 then 2 days rest then day 2 and so on?
If im still aching do i continue with the routine as long as it doesnt affect my form or do i have to wait to be completing sore free before completing day 2?

    could be done in many ways.

    Something along the lines of

    monday - day 1
    tuesday - rest
    wednesday - day 2
    thursday - rest
    friday - day 1
    saturday - rest
    sunday - day 2
    monday - rest
    tuesday - day 1

    and so on, thats just one example many ways you could split it up.
