How sluggish do you get when bulking?

I have done some pretty good natural bulking the past 2 months and am happy with my gains, but I just looked at a photo taken last week and thought.............YOU FAT C***!!!!!

I don't mind too much as I burn calories fast and will cut as of tonight, but am shocked that even with diet control I still looked so bad.

Anyone else look like they ate all the pies off season?

I honestly believe that I have put on a full stone in weight in the past 10 weeks. Now, for a natty, you can be sure than there is as much fat as there is muscle in there (more % fat). My strength is up a lot, my chest in particular has come on a lot, but that damn BF has increased too.

I don't mind, as its for a good cause, but one hell of a downside when it comes to training....Looking like Johnny Vegas when bulking!!!!

    Thanks man!

Well, it would go something like this....
8AM: Bowl of Oatmeal & cup of tea
11:00: Cheese sandwich & some fruit
1:20: Good protein & card meal
3:30: Light snack of yougart & fruit
    6:00: Tuna & protein shake
9:00: meal with plenty of Protein (fish, chicken etc)

I just don't get it...............Why am I so sluggish looking. At least seeing Danny Williams so out of shape on Saturday night's fight made me feel a hell of a lot better!!!!

I don't do cardio at the min, but the weight training is intense.

This i sweird, looked at a pic of me last night and thought you..you fat arse! I've always had a nice thin and fairly chisled face, this pic of me last night though, I looked like a ballon. My face was sooooo round i was gutted. I was on cylcle so did have water retention, I've since finished and dropped some of the water from my face but its still not back to normal. I'm now going to cut big time!

No offence , but how much do you weigh ? Because if your gaining muscle (or fat) of that diet you must either by very light or have a very slow metabolism. I eat more then that when cutting.

Well, that would be the general outline. You must remember that tuna means 2-3 cans, meal means a big plate of fish, oatmeal is always a big one, and usually snack on at least 2 home made sandwiches with loads of cheese. Also, I load up on the veggies at meal times.

I would put my calorie intake at approx 8000 quality calories per day once I add up the weight gainers as well. So, it is certainly possible to get fat on the diet I have used. I look like a smaller version of that Geezer who came second in Celebrity X-Factor. (Not Chris Moyles Lmao!!)

I'll post it in the nutrition forum later today and see what people thing, but I cannot believe how sluggish I am.
