How to beat post alcohol munchies

I like to go out and have a few every 2 weeks or so approx and generally speaking I am very strict with my diet and don't eat much cr@p. When I go out on the lash I try to stick to voddy's and diet cokes, with my train of though being it is the lesser of many evils due to less cals etc. However, when I'm drunk I to tend to eat complete garbage and was wondering if anyone had any useful tips on how to combat this?

    have things waiting for you at home perpared.....cottage cheese etc etc

    have calorie sparse things...sugar free jelly, fruits etc

    opt for the finest, leanest cuts of chicken from the kebab joint

    clean your teeth to take the requirement for sweet foods away

    drink enough to pass out before the munchies kick in

    ok im sturggling now

    Hmm may turn to insane amounts of class A's, should help suppress appetite (joking). Given the fact I believe you feel hungry to to alcohol lowering your blood sugar may start having OJ with Voddy's to help keep blood sugar up and may be a pint of water between drinks to aid with hydration, keep me feeling a bit more bloated. No more wheelbarrow's of chicken then hopefully!

    I would just enjoy it mate , unless your dieting for a contest I dont believe once a fortnight is going to hurt. I can lose weight drinking 2-3 nights a week

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4
