How to build thick abs

Currently im on AAS and do stomach twice weekly combinig decline situps with hanging leg raises supersetted wity cable crunches. Is this enough? Should I weight the decline situps for thicker abs?

    If you want thicker abs then yes i would suggest weighted work.

    my abs have come on loads since i added weight to my hanging knee raises

    i just hold a dumbell between my feet

    What weight dunbell do you use? i was gonna post a similar question. Would you say 2 times a week is the optimum to build abs?

    i do laying (on bench) leg raises with feet tied to cable machine, 15kg loaded corr thats a killer

    weighted short sets, heavy squats, jerks or overhead works.

    you do your heavy squats for your legs, and the next day your abs hurt as well! what a bonus!
