How to change routine?

I've been weight training for about 8 mths. I'm due to end a 12 week block of training and think it's time to change things around. This is what i've currently been doing. Any suggestions on how to change it?
Day1. Chest/triceps/abs
Flat bench
incline bench
dips
tricep pushdowns
close grip bench
ab crunches

Day2. Back/biceps
wide grip chins/ palms away
deadlift
bent over dumbell row
preacher curl
close grip chins/ palms to

Day3. Legs/shoulders
squats
stiff leg deadlift
calf raise
military press
upright row

I thought the routine looked fine. I got it from someone on here. What's wrong with it? The reason i thought to change was, advice from someone saying it's best to change every 12 weeks if your a beginner. Also, just so i don't get bored doing the same routine.

you got it from here? hmmmmm.

anyhoo, i would do it more like this:

    Day1.
Flat bench OR weighted dips [dips are better for mass]
    military press
    close grip bench
    weighted situps, [feet pinned]

    Day2.
    deadlift
    wide grip chins/ palms away
    close grip chins/ palms to
    side bends

    Day3.
    squats
    stiff leg deadlift
farmers walk, up stairs if possible
    hanging leg raise

that is a lot better, the selection of exersizes is better, you have eliminated all the less productive isolations and replaced a lot with compounds, and CKCE ones at that. no need to change that for a long time mate.... good luck.

pick up any two large, heavyasfcuk objects [one in each hand] and walk until grip/trap/delt/calve exaughstion<<sp? then do it again. aim to get it so heavy you can only hold on for about 10seconds each "rep" [i use a jerry can with plates chained to it, weighs about 65kg-but you can use DB's]
