anyhoo, i would do it more like this:
Flat bench OR weighted dips [dips are better for mass]
close grip bench
weighted situps, [feet pinned]
wide grip chins/ palms away
close grip chins/ palms to
stiff leg deadlift
farmers walk, up stairs if possible
hanging leg raise
that is a lot better, the selection of exersizes is better, you have eliminated all the less productive isolations and replaced a lot with compounds, and CKCE ones at that. no need to change that for a long time mate.... good luck.
