How to make a protien drink without whey or powders?

The girlfriend is on a protien and veg only diet (Dukan) and I'm trying to find some recipes to make a tasty protien drink she can take to work.
 
She doesn't wan't to use powders as she thinks they will make her muscley! 
 
She can't have fruits either.

    lol the tuna shake rears its head again.
    not everybodies cup o tea but it does do the job.
    I've never mixed it with coke tho, i used to use a hand held blender, a few ounce of water and then once it blends into a shake just add some robinsons no added sugar dilute pop

    if she wants a "protein" shake, it doesn't matter where the protein comes from: food source or powder, it's still protein! a protein shake is not going to make her muscly! years of heavy lifting would. she needs to understand that
