So I should carry on only taking 1 tablet before my workout. When I take 30 mg a day shall I take 20 mg before my workout then 10 mg before I go bed
Spread the doses out , so 10mg in morning with breakfast, 10 mg lunchtime or pre-workout, then 10 mg in evening.
You want to try and keep blood levels as even as possible. Please read the article that both of us have posted for you!
