How would I alter My Weight Loss Diet, to a Bulking Diet

First off I will not get really fat. I won't allow myself, so the "see food, eat food" diet isn't happening. I understand I will gain some bodyfat and accept this, but I don't want to spend 6 months dieting down again. I am hoping I can eat the same foods I eat now, just in greater quantities and allow myself maybe two cheat meals each week instead of one. I am going to post up my average total calories, carbs, proteins, and fats that I have been eating to lose fat and hope from there I can build a bulking diet. The numbers wont add up exactly but here is an average day.

theres a general way to go onto a bulking diet, thats to add 1000 calories to your cutting regime and readjust your macro ratios to suit. 2500 cals ED looks like maintenance to me as im 170 lean

you are not going to gain jack on 2400-2500 calories ED

you will gain fat when you bulk and water

This is actually from my weightloss diet. I was asking how I would alter the above diet to begin bulking. I know I will gain fat, I understand this. I am just wondering if I really NEED to gain 30 lbs of fat to gain mass. I feel like I made a huge mistake on my last bulk by allowing my bodyfat to get out of control and lost 6 months to losing it when I could have still adding mass. I see people on the forum often go for 8-12 weeks cuts and turn out well and was just wondering how I would keep my bodyfat low enough that I could get to lean levels in a similar amount of time. I am not stupid and I read, understand, and take in your advice each time it is given. I know "eat, monitor, and adjust accordingly" seems to take care of it all, but it is helpful to have direction and a rough idea of where and how to get started. It would make it a lot easier and more productive if I could get a general idea of how to get going and monitor from there, rather than taking a shot in the dark and hoping I am somewhere near the right track. It is easier to play pin the tail on the donkey if they at least start you out in the correct room.

    Personally i'd....

Increase protein to boost calories into a bulk over the next few weeks.
Do faster cardio daily 6x a week
Monitor your weight gain over the next 3 weeks (The first week will probably be a crazy weight gain due to water, so you can probably ignore it).
If you gain 1lb a week then i guess thats ok - Thats down to you though, personally i'd be setting a target weight to get to and do alot of cardio to hinder the fat gain.

Good luck! You about 6ft right? I'm 177lbs and 6ft 3 and will be bulking on around 3500kcals fwiw.
